Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Application details: name, email, phone, region, Discord username, the sportsbooks you've used, and your bankroll range
• Service records: the play tracker (plays, stakes, results, deposits, and withdrawals you report to us)
• Communications: messages in your private Discord channel and emails with us

What we never collect

Sportsbook passwords, banking logins, full card numbers, or copies of your government ID.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: confirming eligibility, building your roadmap, sending plays, tracking profit, and settling the profit share. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business (for example email delivery, Discord, and Google Sheets), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep records for as long as you're a client, plus the period required for tax and legal record-keeping. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@arbitra.ca.
