Rules, Safety, and Responsible Play

These rules protect your accounts, your money, and your eligibility. Breaking them can get an account closed, winnings voided, or worse. They aren't suggestions.

The non-negotiables

• You place every bet yourself, on your own device, in your own accounts
• Never share your sportsbook passwords with anyone, including Arbitra
• Never let anyone else use your account, and never use anyone else's
• Never use a VPN, location spoofer, or remote desktop to place bets
• Only bet when you are physically inside your region
• Use only payment methods in your own name
• Never open more than one account at the same sportsbook

Do

• Copy play cards exactly: same event, market, side, and stake.
• Use round-looking stakes when your manager gives you the option. $666 looks more natural than $666.35, and the difference is pennies.
• Stick to popular, mainstream markets. We'll avoid obscure leagues and prop bets wherever possible.
• Keep your apps updated and stay signed in, so verification prompts don't slow you down.
• Respond to sportsbook emails asking for documents. Ignoring them can freeze your balance.

Don't

• Don't place a leg if the odds are worse than the minimum. Ask first, every time.
• Don't bet extra on your own on the side. Unhedged bets are real gambling, and they can wipe out promo profit.
• Don't chase. If something goes wrong, stop and message your manager.

Account limits

Sportsbooks are allowed to limit or close accounts at their discretion, and books sometimes restrict customers who mainly use promotions. If a book limits you:

1. Stop placing new plays at that book.
2. Screenshot any limit message and send it to your manager.
3. Your manager will help you settle any open plays and withdraw your balance.

A limit doesn't affect your other accounts, and the money in your account is still yours.

Protecting your privacy

Arbitra keeps only what we need: your name, contact details, region, and the play tracker. We never ask for or store sportsbook logins, banking passwords, or ID images. See the privacy policy for details.

Responsible gambling

Arbitra is built around hedged plays, but it still runs on sportsbooks, and sportsbooks are designed to be engaging. Watch for warning signs in yourself:

• Betting outside the plays we send
• Feeling the urge to "win back" a mistake
• Hiding activity from people close to you
• Using money set aside for essentials
